Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original CAINTÈ box, ensuring all tags are attached and the protective film is intact on jewelry or watches.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
